You can get anything from the Manchester Libraries’ huge catalogue of books, DVDs and CDs delivered to New Moston Community Library, just off Broadway. If the latest bestseller doesn’t grab you, you could always reserve some of Lord Byron’s Romantic poetry. The now demolished, neighbouring Moston Hall was home to some of Byron’s ancestors, so you’d be in good company. A team of dedicated and helpful volunteers are always around to help. Whether to organise regular events, maintain the wifi or to facilitate reading groups, they’ll always lend a hand.

All of Manchester's libraries have restricted and changing opening hours due to ongoing coronavirus restrictions; check with individual libraries for opening times before you set out.
