Anyone can join the library. It doesn't matter if you live or work outside of Rochdale borough. As long as you're a UK resident, you can become a member of our libraries for FREE! Once you've joined the library, you'll be able to use any library in Rochdale borough. You can do more than borrow books with your library membership so check out your local library for more info.
Spotland library has the following: •A car park at the side of the library - the car park will be unavailable from Monday, 12 April 2021 for around 6 weeks so a new roof can be fitted. You can still park on the road outside the library. •Street parking •Disabled access
