Contact is a leading national theatre and arts organisation that places young people at the centre of all of its decision making. With a focus on youth leadership, young people aged 13+ work alongside staff to decide the artistic programme, make staff appointments and act as organisation board members.
Delivering a diverse, contemporary programme, Contact brings a trailblazing and unique combination of dance, theatre, spoken word, music, comedy and visual art to the Manchester arts scene. Although the venue is currently closed for a major refurbishment, Contact continues its provocative and brilliant work with pop-up performances, in traditional and less conventional performance spaces, across Manchester.
