Technical update
Check to see if it has affected your Our Pass Exclusives account?
We hope you are enjoying the benefits of being an Our Pass holder.
We’ve recently discovered a small tech issue was causing a glitch in the Our Pass card activation and Exclusives registration process.
Don’t worry, it is all fixed now but we are asking everyone to check it hasn’t affected them by:
1. Try signing in to your account on the Our Pass website. If you can sign in, your registration is complete, and you don’t need to do anything else. *If you aren’t sure if you are signed in – click on one of our top Exclusives offers below and you will see the ‘Apply’ button if you are signed in.*
2. If you can’t sign in with the email and password you set when you activated your Our Pass card, you need to click the ‘Activate your Our Pass card now’ button and follow the instructions.
